It is found beside the bed in Emma Jaunt's bedroom at her home in Bel-Air. When equipped, it allows the player to regain more health than normal whenever a counter attack is performed on a zombie.
Circuit Breakers are items featured in Dead Island 2. They are electrical circuit breakers that reside inside of Circuit Breaker Boxes, either disabling or completing an electrical circuit to power something.
